Aktivitäten

  • Calculation of payroll for contract and service staff salaries.
  • Preparation of monthly NYSC, Intern, Industrial Trainee, and Young Graduates allowances.
  • Regular communication with the Head Office on the administration of DEFIPRO (additional employee benefit) and quarterly report of DEFIPRO.
  • Liaise with ex-staffs and advise on accessing of final entitlements.
  • Preparation of monthly staff late hour claims, kilometer claims, relief duty allowance, professional and club subscription, long service award, and TotalEnergies Home Solution (TEHOS).
  • Quarterly preparation of Variable Cost Scheme (VCS) report to the Head Office after liaising with Retail & Cards, Commercial, and Lubricants Teams.
  • Computation of staff loans and loan letters; liaise with the Legal team for loan agreement, accurate deductions from Anael Paie (Compensation and Benefits tool) and monthly reconciliation with Final Accounts Department.
  • Computation of terminal benefits for exiting staff, deceased staff; work with the Insurance unit to ensure the deceased family get all the benefits due to them within the required time.
  • Affiliation of new staff on Anael HR for DEFIPRO contribution and include new staff on Anael Paie for DEFIPRO contribution.
  • Organize quarterly meetings with five (5) fund managers to uphold the internal commitment for the management of staff gratuity fund.
  • Collation of data for yearly preparation of Individual Social Report (ISR) for all staff.

  • QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires an accounting background with a minimum of first degree (BSc or HND).
  • OTHER SKILLS: Possess analytical abilities, attention to detail, interpersonal and negotiation skills, organizational capabilities, and a high level of integrity.
