About You

At TotalEnergies, we don’t shy away from complex projects that have a big impact. We’re seeking a project manager to join us and help us through the gauntlet and across the finish line.  


Responsibilities

  • Project management of power market modeling effort across many internal group and external consultants.
  • Track progress of team members and follow-up to maintain schedule, especially critical path items, in project management software.
  • Communicate status of project in powerpoint files and metrics.
  • Coordinate across several groups to proactively address issues and risks.
  • Send out calendar invites and emails to the group.
  • Be responsible for applying software development best practices, where applicable (if proficient in these).

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience project management is required, 5+ years of experience preferred 
  • Experience with project management tools, tracking, and reporting (powerpoint) 
  • Experience managing cross-functional project teams 
  • Experience with project management software (gantt chart, dependencies, critical path analysis) 
  • Track record of successfully driving complex teams towards a goal in a short amount of time 
  • Fluency in English

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the power sector, power markets and/or power market modeling tools (e.g. PLEXOS)
  • Experience managing software development using agile methodology
  • Proficiency in French
