The affiliate’s cash management is operated in SAP TL Harmonie; a good knowledge of the relevant posting schemes in SAP is necessary and great vigilance and reactivity required due to exposure in corruption elements and error could lead to financial losses.

Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
Assess creditworthiness of customers and counterparties.
Monitor and manage credit exposure, including credit limits and collateral requirements.
Manage the collection process for delinquent accounts.
Prepare regular reports on credit performance, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), bad debt expense, and collection effectiveness. Analyse credit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Organize credit committee meetings and highlight red flags customers with actions and clear follow up
Assess and review the credit limit and propose it management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing credit and payment inquiries.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s financial assets.
Manage cash balances, bank accounts, and maintain E-banking systems of subsidiaries locally and overseas
Monitor vendor and customer accounts to identify and block inactive ones
Manage daily cash flow operations, including forecasting, payments, and collections, and loan drawdown/repayment
Manage daily cash flows (in/out) with bank
Optimize cash flows; work with stakeholders in order to optimize payment frequency, automation of flows, efficiency of processes
Closely monitor COCO stations and inter-company transactions including financial requirements and petty cash risk
Liquidity management: improve, monitor, regularly report and collaborate with other departments to optimise liquidity and working capital, Group facilities
Manage and investigate all unallocated receipts and unknown payment
Coordinate with banking partners, working closely with Business to manage credit risk exposure including management of BGs and other security instruments
Identify and assess insurance needs, including property, liability, and business interruption coverage.
Negotiate and procure insurance contracts with insurance providers.
Manage insurance claims and renewals.
Assisting and coordinating on any matters arising with VPCA as well as the Group/MSAPMO, if any
Monitor SSC production performance through service level agreement compliance monitoring as well as active escalation
Any other ad-hoc projects assigned
Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers
Bachelor or master's degree in accounting / finance / business administration.
ACCA/CPA qualification is preferred
At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse, compare and interpret facts and figures and make sound judgement on issues encountered.
Good at multitasking
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
