We are seeking a dedicated Joint Venture Downstream referent to oversee the implementation of the Logistic Service Agreement for Crude Oil and the Lifting Agreement for LPG/Sulfur. The role requires adherence to antitrust rules and respect for all firewalls established by TEPIT, the JV operator. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for these agreements, ensuring fair treatment, managing operational tasks, and resolving conflicts to maintain business continuity.

Responsibilities

HSE:
 -  Promote the company’s HSE policies, rules, and procedures among JV partners and internal teams.
 -  Implement actions to achieve HSE objectives, fostering safety and environmental awareness.

Contracts Management

 -  Ensure all relevant stakeholders have a good understanding of the implementation agreements with JV partners

 -  Ensure timely execution of any contractual obligations maintaining alignment among stakeholders
 -  Serve as the primary contact for managing agreements, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment among JV partners.

Operations
 -  Coordinate relationships and communication between JV partners, focusing on downstream matters.

 -  Handle timely communication with the ENI Coordinator on behalf of JV.
 -  Ensure all stakeholders receive updated Production Profiles
 -  Monitor stock levels, transportability parameters, quality, and quantity of products to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.

Logistics & Scheduling
 -  Manage logistics and lifting schedules for crude oil and by-products (LPG, sulfur), ensuring timely and impartial execution.
 -  Address deviations, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions to maintain operational continuity.
 -  Support the implementation of export projects in collaboration with JV partners and external parties.

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Background in Exploration & Production with strong expertise in oil & gas fields, covering economics, engineering, operations, and both upstream and downstream activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of the oil & gas business value chain.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and dynamic approach; open-minded and team-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Basic negotiation skills with strong relationship-building behaviors.
• Careful and discreet communicator, ensuring internal alignment before external interactions.
• Italian (mandatory) and fluent English.
