Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Development UAE in Dubai !

As a Financial Controller, the main missions will be as follows :


1/ Reporting activities : 

• Assisting in preparation of monthly reporting including preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet etc ; 

• Assisting in extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports. Monitor WBS and cost centre.;

• Preparation of journal vouchers, accruals, making schedules, clearing and related works ;

• Coordination with different teams and departments for reporting related activities ;

• Helping with preparation of IFRS schedules ; 

• Helping with preparation of bank reconciliation statement.


2/ Analysis and Cost Monitoring :

• Preparation and monitoring of monthly Opex, Capex and balance sheet analysis ;

• Assisting in conducting detailed analysis of different cost categories of the company ;

• Assisting in monitoring project cost incurred and comparison with budget ;

• Conducting various analysis for different financial parameters and preparation of dashboards for management ;

• Assisting in preparation of different MIS. 


3/ Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP) : 

• Assisting in preparation of Annual Budget and LTP for the company ;

• Coordinate with other functions of Finance and other departments to ensure completeness of the requirements for Budgeting and LTP work ;

• Conducting analysis to help with Budget and LTP work ;

• Assisting in annual audit for the affiliates.


Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

  • MSc degree in Finance

Technical skills:

  • Understanding of International Financial Reporting Systems (IFRS) rules, GAAP, accounting principles
  • Understanding of controlling activities, closing and maintaining of books of accounts
  • Long term planning and budgeting exercise

Computing skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good knowledge of SAP

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2/C1
