The selected candidate will support the activities of the legal area. Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Legal assistance in drafting legal opinions in the fields of civil, administrative, and commercial law;
• Conducting legal analyses and research on legislation and case law;
• Providing legal support to TotalEnergies companies operating in Italy concerning the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts;
• Legal assistance related to corporate law matters;
• Supporting the management of civil and administrative extrajudicial and judicial disputes;
• Updating databases and archives related to company contracts and disputes;
• Assisting in conducting anti-corruption due diligence.

The selected candidate will report to the Senior Legal Counsel.
