As a International Key account manager in Marine Lubricants, your main tasks will be as follows :

  • Business Development: Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for Total Lubmarine.
  • Pricing Strategy: Propose price modifications in response to specific customer requests or market trends, subject to management approval.
  • Proposal Management: Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers using the Total Lubmarine pricing application PRICATO, after obtaining management approval.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, customer service, and technical services, and report activities into the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide oral or written reports on market information, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products or services to assist with supply management.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, products, and technical requirements.
  • Inquiry Follow-Up: Follow up on all inquiries from the spot market, prepare offers, submit them for approval, and coordinate with other Sales Managers if necessary.
  • Compliance: Operate daily in full compliance with the delegation of authorities by Total Lubmarine.
  • Policy Adherence: Apply and promote group policies and guidelines, including the code of conduct, safety, competition, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud rules.


Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected profile :

  • Master degree in Business Administration / Management
  • 1 - 2 years experience in the shipping industry 

Technical skills:

  • Business & Market Analysis,
  • Commercial skills

Computing skills:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in SAP


Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
  • Greek : level A2 - would be an asset but non essential
