Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

- Qualifications: tertiary education in Marketing/Business management/Commercial

- Experience: 3 years experiences in Sales/Marketing, in the field of LPG or commodity product is preferable. Experience in an international group is a plus

- Language: Vietnamese and fluent English in oral and writing. 

Marketing’s KPI versus sales results and brand awareness achievement 

- Creativity / thing out of the box

- Organized mind, sense of priority

- Work under pressure sense of responsibility

- Good in communications with all type of counterpart (internal as external)

- Work in team (cross departments) and work independently

- Coordination of work between departments

*Key Activities:

1. Strategy & planning

- Definition of the short & mid-term strategy, including marketing strategy, communication strategy

- Planning of the marketing activity: marketing plan / communication plan / media plan/CRM implementation

2. Budget

- Definition of Marketing budget, allocation and control of the Marketing budget.

3. Product management

- Updates of products / Product launching / Packaging / Brochures, products descriptions, POS elements, etc.

- Product communication and advertising, events linked to products for distributors, gas shop or end-users,  B2B & B2C promotions

4. Price management

- Manage SD/KA list price and price structure.

- Collect market(competitor price) and reposition from time to time

- Set up and adjust price DOA

5. Brand management – Building brand awareness & brand image

- Advertising / Communication / Event 

- Supervision (update / management) of the company website & Facebook page

6. Distributors / Gas shop management

- Development of Gas shop/Signboard shops/EOL

- Distributor contract/quality management

- Distributor marketing support

Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management

- Vietnam LPG market had been under fluctuating for past years following the country growth and urbanization.. Market is pretty in chaos now and extremely competitive with more than 100 brands in place. 

- TELPGV is 100% TEM&S subsidiary established since 1992 & growing sharply via M&A in years 2016 backwards. 

- As marketing manager, responsible for large scope of duties (in charge of all the marketing aspects for all the segments of 4 brands).
