Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Norway AS in Stavanger !


TotalEnergies EP Norway has a large and important portfolio of oil & gas assets offshore Norway which is operated by other companies, from the Snøhvit LNG field in the North, to the Greater Ekofisk Area in the south, providing a production Company Share of around 250.000 boe/d, with investments and operating costs Company Share of around USD 700 million each, per year. In addition the Company is also part of Northern Lights Project (Carbon Capture & Storage). There is a need for administrative assistance within the Human Resources domain. 

As, Human Resources Coordinator you will support the HR team in : 


  • Talent Development (50%)


    • Implementing talent development programs to support employee career growth and skill enhancement,
    • Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development opportunities for staff,
    • Collaborating with department heads to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals,
    • Coordinating performance evaluations campaigns


  • HR Administrative Tasks (50%)

    • Promotion of TotalEnergies in Job Fairs: Representing TotalEnergies at job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
    • Recruitment of Temporary and Permanent Staff: Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
    • Introduction of Newcomers: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Training Administration and Follow-up: Organizing and monitoring training sessions, maintaining records of employee participation and progress.
    • General HR Administrative Tasks: Providing support with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.


Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:
  • MSc degree in Human Resources

Technical skills:
  • Good oral & written communication skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • General good overview of Human Resourses subjects
  
Computing skills:
  • Very good knowledge : Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Power Bi is a plus

Languages:
  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
