Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Lubricants Japan in Tokyo !

As a Business Development, Marketing and Communications Officer, your role will be to be a support for commercial activities in both the field of sales and marketing. 
The main missions will be as follows :
  • Review the back office and customer support processes currently in place and to propose the necessary improvements to the optimization of tasks ;
  • To develop marketing activities such as commercial monitoring (evolution of the lubricants market), pricing (competitive intelligence and proposal to adapt our prices) ; 
  • To set up and actively monitor KPIs adapted to the subsidiary's activity ; 
  • Other one-off missions may be requested depending on the needs of the subsidiary. 


You will also have to support the communication and marketing manager in order to develop new communication and promotional tools (influencers, e-commerce, etc.).

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications :

  • Master degree in business, economics and marketing


Computing skills :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus


Languages :

  • Japonese : level B2/C1
  • English: level B2
  • French: level C1
