Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

• Master Degree in Engineering;

• At least eight (8) years’ experience as Contract Manager and five (5) years within the solar photovoltaic industry working as contract

manager for an EPC Contractor;

• Solid experience un claim management, contractual drafting and the ability to identify and understand critical points;

• High ability to assimilate contractual and legal issues quickly. Familiarity with Spanish applicable law,

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);

• Fluent in Spanish and English;

• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills with high anallytical skills. Good listener.

• Ability to work individually and as a team

Aktivitäten

During pre-construction stage:

▪ Assist the EPC Team preparing, reviewing, drafting and negotiating all aspects of the EPC’s/BOS and supply contracts (PV modules,

inverters, trackers, structures, HV transformers, etc.), in coordination with the Legal department and the Head of Contract

Management;

▪ Support the EPC Team in the preparation of RFP’S for EPC/BOS contractor selection, main equipment and external services;

▪ Evaluating contract and commercial proposals;

▪ Collects and registers all contractual-related lessons learned from previous projects;

▪ Support in the elaboration and follow-up of suppliers and subcontractor’s contracts in order to make a back to back with respect

to other project agreements (i.e. Financing, PPA)


During the execution stage:

▪ Supporting the project(s) execution start-up through contract analysis of the different project documents (PPA, EPC/BOS,

Supplies, etc.);

▪ Provide guidance and/or clarifications on contract matters to Project Managers;

▪ Keeping all project documentation, and contractual records well-structured and classified;

▪ Drafting of formal communication to Contractors and Suppliers in line with the respective project documents and contract

requirements, maintaining properly organized records;

▪ Following of the payments Milestones of the Contract;

▪ Following the securities and insurances status;

▪ Managing Change Orders and potential deviations following the contract plannings/work schedules;

▪ Ensure the transition from EPC to O&M during warranty period.

TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects in Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in JVs.

This position is located in Madrid office (Spain).

This will involve coordination with other areas as project development, technical managers, EPC project manager, etc.
