Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Technical Skills: Business development, project management, market analysis, and partner acquisition
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and influence, strategic thinking and decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution, effective communication, time management, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Cambodian market, commercial business awareness, and service chain management
  • Language Skills: Khmer (proficient); English (proficient)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience and 3 years of marketing and operations experience in automotive or workshop chains; mechanical experience is an advantage
