Key Responsibilities

You will be given the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and to use your competencies in executing finance processes. Moreover, you will work closely with Accounting experts, assisting with daily tasks, contributing to a dynamic and varied workday.

 

There may also be opportunities to gain further insight into our business through an internship or in connection with a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis.

 

With varying daytoday tasks and approximately 15–20 hours per week, you will be responsible for planning and managing your own tasks. There will be routine tasks, as well as opportunities to contribute to different activities across the team.

 

Your weekly tasks will mainly involve:

  • Support Accounting with daily responsibilities 
  • Support with Invoice Control related tasks
  • Check invoices against contract / quotes
  • Learn invoicing rules with regards to tax
  • Create reports
  • Tracking and updating employee bank account information
  • Ticket creation in SNOW
  • Ad hoc

Who we are looking for

It is important that you have a strong safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your studies to provide insight into Accounting and Finance.

 

This position calls for a structured approach to planning and workload prioritization, with a high attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions. Moreover, it is crucial to have a pragmatic attitude towards people and tasks.

 

As a team player, you will collaborate with colleagues, organize tasks, and contribute to delivering highquality results under time pressure. Your pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills will be key as we work together to achieve our business goals.

 

Your background

  • Living in Denmark, preferably near Esbjerg
  • Relevant ongoing educational programme
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Previous SAP experience is preferred 
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
