Regular visits to customers to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.
Monitor and control the credit limits of customers and to propose for revision of new credit limit
Monitor and keep updated on the market and key competitors’ activities and developments.
Establishing contact and building relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to develop new customers.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Ensure all requirements / orders from customers are met by internal departments.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
To update and maintain SALSA as required and to adhere to the company internal policy and procedure
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Ensure sales volume is achieved while meeting the GMVC budgets
Ensure collection target is achieved.
Ensure development and maintenance of customer relationship
Establish new customer to ensure continued growth of market share.
Ensure the information of the competitors ‘activities and developments received are being communicated
Ensure all customers are well informed and work within our HSEQ requirements.
