Aktivitäten

As a INTERSHIP - Automation for Pressure Transient Analysis M/F trainee, your missions will be :

Pressure Transient Analysis is a key method for monitoring well productivity and for determining the underlying causes of its variations. With the growing number of active wells and the substantial data volumes generated by permanent downhole gauges, this analysis has become increasingly time-intensive.Automation of routine tasks is therefore essential, enabling reservoir engineers to concentrate on activities with more added value.

In collaboration with a Norwegian university, several automation algorithms have been developed, addressing shut-in detection, data processing, and well productivity diagnostics. These algorithms have been implemented in a prototype platform and require validation using actual field data.

The intern will be responsible for: • Testing these new algorithms on real field cases • Evaluating their performance in comparison to existing algorithms in the TotalEnergies automation platform • Exploring the integration of these algorithms into the TotalEnergies automation platform

You will evolve within a team of experienced professionals and with a tutor-coach, the reference for your future profession. Individualized support will help you develop your autonomy and lead you to your diploma !
