Profitability challenges while fuel unit margins remaining low.
Data and information must be analysed in depth.
Both fuel and non-Fuel activities in retail network are key elements to improve performances and quality of service.

Significant development of the non-Fuel perimeter in terms of SIS maturity level and best practice.

General scope:

Ensure the availability and consistency of necessary information within different stages of the projects as required.
Ensure availability of hardware that required to deploy the targeted projects.
Follow up projects deployment in filed with all stakeholders.
Elaborate ideas and tools that support business team to get utmost return from deploying systems.
Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded functionalities and assisting with new solutions may require by the affiliate.

Retail POS project (OASIS):

Support SIS project manager during all project phases to ensure all stakeholders will meet the deadlines.
Ensure and manage logistically, hardware distribution into sites, like POS and associated peripherals.
Managing users’ creation, roles and manage authorizations.
Ensure the solutions in production will meet with all business requirement and expectations.
Helping develop reports, analysis, and dashboards.
Supporting key users and end users to increase maturity level and in case of troubleshooting with support of technical support and ensure issues will be solved within SLA.
Providing a technical expertise to support SFS more specifically in master data finetuning, promotions and reporting.
Convey the best practice and system guidelines to all users to ensure the best and efficient performance.

Fuel management system

Follow up troubleshooting with sites, and maintenance and technical support company to ensure all equipment failure, technical issues will be solved, thanks to the weekly incidents report.
Coordinate and support COCO management to prepare “Wet stock management business review”.
Conduct reports, KPIs frequently to the management to follow up the project progress.
Follow up EGPC project deployment and integration with TOTAL systems for the best benefit and integration.

Fuel card integration system

Follow up integration plan with all stakeholders in best seller sites to ensure a secured Tomcard transactions.
Follow up with all concerned parties to ensure all technical issues will be managed on time.

Dashboard

Enhance visibility of business performance by visualizing business results thanks to Power-BI tool.
Train concerned key users to update data frequently, ideally in monthly basis.

Ability to coordinate and communicate with different layers of projects stakeholders
Good knowledge of the network and different services and concepts applied in is an advantage.
At ease with office technology and possess analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred in computer science.
Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical context.
Good level of experience in methodologies and processing and managing large-scale databases.
High-level English, written and verbal communication skills.
