🌍 What You’ll Do

As our QA/QC Manager, you will be the cornerstone of quality across all engineering, construction, and vendor‑related activities. You will:

Lead Quality Excellence

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of QA/QC standards.
  • Promote a culture of quality across all project teams and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal QA systems.

Manage Quality Operations

  • Oversee quality assurance staff and coordinate QA/QC training programs.
  • Develop inspection and testing plans for construction phases and finished products.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and audit‑ready recordkeeping.
  • Create test reports and quality control documentation.

Solve Complex Challenges

  • Provide deep technical expertise and troubleshooting on quality issues.
  • Lead non‑conformance investigations and root‑cause analysis.
  • Ensure vendor and contractor performance meets contractual KPIs.
  • Manage defect records, inspections, and secure timely remediation.

Collaborate & Influence

  • Engage with utilities, contractors, partners, and key external stakeholders.
  • Communicate quality insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Support teams with proactive guidance to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑time projects.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 8+ years of experience in quality management
  • 3+ years direct experience in renewable energy
  • Strong command of QA/QC processes, codes, and standards
  • Proficiency in photovoltaic (PV) solar design and standards, wind, or other generation quality experience highly preferred
  • Solid knowledge in structural, civil, and electrical domains
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus
