Kontext & Umgebung

The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).

Aktivitäten

  • Review, monitor and analyze Project Schedules, integration, forecast Key Dates for package against approved baseline schedule and key dates; Liaise with FEED contractors to establish Project Baseline, review data to ensure schedule requirements are implemented and correct monitored, risk items are identified and accurately represented in the project schedule risk analysis.
  • Establish a suitable Project Schedule   structure  complying with Governing Agreements (PSA/JOA), JOCAP and TotalEnergies OneTech, and Project Management reporting requirements and rules for all phases of the Project; Prepare / manage/ coordinate / consolidate and review Project Schedule and updates (internal and external / Annual and Multiyear); Prepare and update Project S-curves and progress reports; ensure variances and forecasted costs are properly explained and communicated to the project team; Track use of schedule reserve and contingency and approved changes to Project schedule.
  • Analyze, track, and report project (or contract specific) schedule planning and progress KPIs and communicate their status to the project team; Participate in project meetings when required; gather, prepare, and analyze data for Risk Assessments; ensure risk information is incorporated into the project schedule and forecast; Support contracts and procurements for bidding, tendering, contract selection, and change management as required.
  • Lead project reporting activities to ensure reporting is completed on time for weekly, monthly, and annual reports to internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership for Project Governance Framework. Maintain the Project Governance plans and procedures. Ensure Company Management System is updated as required relating to Project Governance.
  • Participate and coordinate Project schedule related tasks involved in the monthly reporting exercise.
  • Review, monitor and analyze Drilling Schedule, integration, forecast Key Dates against approved baseline schedule and key dates.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Qualifications: University degree or equivalent.

Professional experience: 10 years in major oil&gas projects.

Experience in management of multicultural team within the international environment.

Languages: English is mandatory.
