Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

• Engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience
• Technical skills (solar PV), purchasing and negotiation appreciated
• Autonomy, efficiency, sense of priorities and entrepreneurial firm performance culture
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis, to open up new topics and be creative
• Ability to listen and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish

Aktivitäten

Reporting to the PV Operation and Maintenance manager of TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica (“TERIb”), the O&M engineer is a member of the
PV Technical Asset Management (“TAM”) team which, upon hand-over by the Engineering Procurement and Construction team (if projects built
by TERIb) or by the project acquisition team (if projects acquired operational), is in charge of operation & maintenance (“O&M”) activities on
the photovoltaic plants that are in TERIb scope. He/she contributes to plan, organize, evaluate, and monitor O&M services on the whole TERIb
portfolio regardless of whether carried out directly (by TERIb TAM own resources) or through outsourcing (by external contractors and
providers).

The TAM team is responsible of performing the following activities in accordance with the company rules, decisions and requirements:

• Organize and execute all O&M tasks to ensure compliance of technical KPIs and OPEX of assets in operation phase with the applicable
plans and budgets
• Control and monitor the status of operational assets
• Manage technical warranties
• Evaluate, define, implement the O&M procurement and outsourcing strategy for services and materials
• Coordinate, monitor, supervise the main contracts for technical supplies (services, materials, utilities) entered by the project SPVs or
by TERIb as applicable
• Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with the contractors, the suppliers and the partners involved in O&M activities
• Supporting other TERIb departments about the technical and economical aspects related with O&M, during
modelling/estimations/contract negotiations for projects in screening, development, acquisition, or construction phases
• Preparing technical documentation or information about projects operational aspects to other departments or third parties
• Supervising the compliance of the assets with current and new technical regulatory requirements
• Support and/or coordinate Provisional Acceptance / Intermediate Acceptance / Final Acceptance and similar processes/negotiations
together with the EPC department
• Ensuring return of experience (REX) to TotalEnergies (Spanish hub, other hubs and head office)
