Aktivitäten

  • Act in the best interests of TotalEnergies at all times, while adhering to Group and Affiliate HSE Policies.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE and to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct (Charters).
  • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes, in particular:
  • Take part in the Affiliate’s Emergency response team and lead the Crisis Management team;
  • Chair the Affiliate’s HSE Committee.
  • To contribute to the achievement of One Maestro and other HSEQ systems and standards
  • Conduct Office inspections to prevent any hazard or HSE risk within the TotalEnergies office.
  • Ensure that Total's policies and practices are respected in all activities and that the staff are aware of them and appropriately trained.
  • Annual HSEQ Objectives developments and ensure that Staff are aware of them
  • Actively participate in company safety awareness and initiative schemes, in particular: take part in the affiliate's emergency response team and lead the Crisis management team, chair the affiliate's quarterly HSEQ Committee, conduct one Safety Tour at the depots and service stations
  • Establishes and implements business and investment strategy for TotalEnergies ESwatini.
  • Drives subsidiary ambitions in line with budget targets.
  • Identification and actualization of business opportunities.
  • Medium Interface with GT customers, Dealers, and resellers.
  • Provides leadership to employee base, supervises job appraisal process.
  • Overall Management and supervision of internal control of company business transactions and activities.
  • Provide guidance on Sustainable development initiatives.
  • Approves investments in line with delegation of authority.
  • The MD analyses the evolution of the commercial, logistic, financial indicators, and puts in place corrective measures if necessary.
  • Shall represent the TotalEnergies Group within the country (ministries, administrations, clients, banks, suppliers, embassies, etc).

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration
  • Proven successful experience +10 years in a professional/senior management role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Ability to act Independent
  • Capable of implementing, in consultation with management team strategic and operational plans.
  • Must be a strong implementer of strategies and business plans.
  • Commercial and Financial acumen.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, English language essential.
  • Demonstrated success in people leadership/staff management.
  • Able to negotiate contracts and partnerships with commercial partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on rigorous analysis and sound judgement
