INTERNAL:

  • Establish a link between each destination and all other support functions (Marketing, HSE, Customer Service, Technical, Supply Chain).
  • Adapting to the dynamic work environment with new distributor management concepts (SSM, Distributor portal, etc.) 
  • Understanding the defined marketing action plans for key markets.

EXTERNAL:

  • Operating in a high growth market and competitive environment.
  • Competition from other lube international and local players affecting our profitability/market shares.
  • Awareness about political situation of responsible countries.
  • Be watchful of counterfeit activities in responsible countries and coordinate with UAE anti-counterfeit team.
  • Adapting to working with mature and organized distributors, as well as new distributors who would need guidance.

Aktivitäten

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support 

  • Assist the Regional Sales Head – ELF brand in managing and coordinating sales activities across the countries as assigned.
  • Follow-up for monthly orders and support distributors with product related queries.
  • Follow-up for distributors requirements in terms of providing  marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
  • Support brand visibility and awareness initiatives. Coordinate on the with distributor teams and ensure timely implementations of events such as mechanic meets, dealer meets aimed at enhancing distributor engagement and boosting sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities 

Administrative Support

  • Marketing Claims/ credit notes : Collect documents from distributors against marketing promotions, branding, signages and upload in kissflow 
  • Price upload : Upload prices in kissflow provided by N+1
  • Branding & signages : Follow-up with customer for collecting data & then with marketing team for the images & execution
  • Monthly orders : Follow-up with customer’s purchase dept. on monthly orders and coordinate with Customer service on execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure that distributors are using the digital portals/ distributor management online portal/tools – mylubportal
  • Ensure distributors are sending secondary sales reports.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback from distributors to assess the effectiveness of marketing promotions and suggest improvements.

COMPANY OBJECTIVES:

  • Close coordination within different departments within TEMME ( Marketing, logistics, Customer service, finance< credit)
  • Support in enhancing Elf’s brand image 
  • Ensure Group’s HSE guidelines are followed in branding & signage projects across distributor
  • Grow ELF business in each destination and provide all the required tools in order to make Elf an established brand.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Compliance Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
  • Timely Implementation of Sales & marketing programs and activities to support Elf growth.
  • Ensuring sustainable brand building of Elf in the respective countries, as per TEMME strategy, Global strategy
  • Ensuring DMS+ and Distributor Online Portal is rolled out and status reviewed with all distributors half-yearly.
  • Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
  • Analyse the secondary sales reports, promotional feedback provided by distributor.
  • Ensure cohesive communication and coordination with all support functions: Supply chain, Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, etc.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Knowledge:

  • Strong academic performance and a basic understanding of sales & marketing principles and strategies  

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and content.
  • Results oriented and highly organized.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player and accountability.
  • Language Proficiency English is a must (write, read & speak), Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage 

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field 

Experience:

  • Prior experience of 1-2 years in Sales coordination or administrative support ideally within lubricants, automotive or FMCG industry preferred.
