As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the optimisation and management of production processes. You will be responsible for the daily, medium- and long-term monitoring of the production parameters of the units, as well as detecting deviations affecting the safety, availability and quality of the processes. You will propose and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

• Participate in monitoring production parameters and detecting deviations.
• Propose and implement modifications to improve unit performance.
• Monitor quality and manage interactions with the laboratory and technical sales staff.
• Optimise unit control by defining operating parameters and validating any necessary modifications.
• Helping to improve process availability and reliability.
• Carrying out HSE risk analyses and identifying the hazards associated with the technologies developed.
• Planning and running industrial trials.
• Studying new investments and participating in their coordination.
• Reporting to Management Control and helping to draw up the production programme.
• Designing and carrying out staff training for new installations.

• Master degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Sense of innovation and communication.
• Structure and rigour.
• French required / English written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
