Aktivitäten

In this role, you will lead and grow sales for our IMI division across the South European and African regions, while overseeing the regional pricing strategy. You will work in close cooperation with other sales managers, market managers and marketing teams.


The main missions are:

 

Sales:

  • Define, update and implement strategic business plans.
  • Validate sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor pricing and product strategies.
  • Maximize orders, sales volumes and margins in the region.
  • Develop new markets and identify growth opportunities

 

Business management: 

  • Provide monthly reports on business performance and ongoing actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with company ethics and compliances rules.
  • Coordinate international quotations (product offering and pricing).
  • Effectively use internal tools (CRM, Cockpit, Prophecy).

 

Team Management: 

  • Motivate, supervise and train the regional sales team to ensure an efficient sales organization
  • Organize regular update calls with the sales team.

 

Distributors and Agents:

  • Develop, manage, and monitor the existing network of distributors and agents.

 

Marketing: 

  • Assess market condition and trends.
  • Recommend action plans and organize marketing activities.
  • Report competitor activities, marketing movements, and any significant changes.

 

Environment:

  • Participate, when required, in environmental initiatives.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Ni-Cd solution in relation to environmental matters.
  • Report to and coordinate environmental actions with headquarters.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Academic background:

High-level university degree in Engineering or Business (Master’s degree or equivalent).

 

Experience:

5 to 8 years of sales management experience.

Experience in B2B business in an international environment.

 

Skills required:

  • Strong computer literacy,
  • Knowledge of electrochemistry and/or Power Electronics, 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, 
  • Leadership abilities,
  • Fluent in English.
