We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support our Houston-based team in a dynamic, fast-paced trading environment.

Your Role

As HSE Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the HSE Manager to ensure the safety, continuity, and compliance of our transport and storage activities across TGPNA and ATMI operations. You’ll be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety, managing critical resources, and supporting crisis preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

General HSE Management & Office Safety

    Update onboarding materials and manage PPE inventory.

    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSE information on DWP.

    Promoting HSE awareness and ensuring personnel take ownership of HSE policies, objectives and processes.

    Report HSE KPIs via Synergi.

    Liaise with vendors for technical support and invoicing (Stormgeo, AlertGPS, Witt O’Brien).

    Coordinate with the Fire Warden program for designated office trade floors.

Crisis Management Support

    Maintain and update crisis plans, directories, and emergency resources.

    Organizing logistics, participation and records of attendance to:

o    Crisis management trainings (GEC training, GEC refresher, Critical Personnel training, etc.).

o    Crisis management drills.

o    Disaster Recover Site users testing sessions.

    Draft lessons learned reports to improve emergency response strategies.

HSE Audits & Compliance

    Track competency requirements and training completion.

    Provide documentation for internal control audits.

    Coordinate logistics for field site and counterparty audits.

    Support additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

You’re a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for safety and operational excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring precision and autonomy to everything you do.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree.

    5–10 years of relevant experience in trading or energy sectors.

    Solid understanding of trading environments and business continuity.

    Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    High attention to detail with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
