Manage and improve HSEQ programs (MX, TIM, Mysafety, Depot Technical Integrity, Maestro Log, ONE MAESTRO).
Act as focal point for audits, reports, training, HSE projects, security, community relations, and environmental programs.
Oversee depot equipment/vehicle maintenance and critical spare parts inventory.
Control maintenance work, work permits, and authorizations.
Organize safety meetings and emergency drills; maintain HSSE and technical records.
Support development of HSE objectives and performance standards.
Assist with safety barrier analysis, testing, and reporting.
Coordinate facility improvement projects to minimize operational disruption.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures on-site.
Troubleshoot to maintain continuous depot operations.
Implement 5S standards across depot areas.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Depot & Warehouse Manager.
Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers
Education: Engineering Degree, mechanical/electrical/civil engineer is preferred
Knowledge: A good understanding of oil product operations, gained over several years of operational experience, preferably in similar, good understanding of operating equipment and construction.
Skill: Knowledgeable in computer applications, specifically MS Office, and AutoCAD. Technical and managerial skills.
Language: Good command of English writing and speaking.
Interpersonal Skill: Big-picture perspective; team spirit; open-mindedness; listening skills; ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence; organizational skills; interest in coaching and team development.
Valid driving license.
