As part of the Saft corporate HR team, the corporate HR specialist is responsible for all topics related to HR reporting, HR data analysis, HRIS, C&B and international mobility at a worldwide level.

He/she is an expert on HR reporting and HR data analysis and has a strong appetence for HR digital tools.

He/she provides C&B and international mobility advice to HRs and managers.

He/she manages a HR data analyst trainee.

This position located at Saft HQ, in Levallois-Perret.

Aktivitäten

Main responsibilities :


Corporate HR reporting:

Responsible for on-time delivery of accurate reports (headcount reports, salary reports, HC budget and forecast, TotalEnergies reports such as MSM, So Great…).

Responsible for HR answers to internal and external audits.

Provide HR data requested during bid processes on an ad-hoc basis.

Propose and implement actions to improve reporting process efficiency and data quality.

Provide analysis on HR data at corporate level.


HRIS tools

Ensure administration and provide training & support on all HRIS tools (APR 2.0, Cockpit HR, Lizzy, Ideal).

HR Digital Champion:  Ensure the coordination and follow-up of HR digitalisation initiatives

Propose and implement actions for a better use of HRIS tools by HR and managers. 


Compensation and benefits

Responsible for the annual salary review process and bonus campaigns worldwide, coordinate company’s benefits projects (such as the life insurance minimum coverage), provide compensation benchmarks to site HR managers, coordinate Total Capital and Total Performance shares campaigns.


International mobility

Responsible for new international mobility projects from package analysis to expatriation terms & conditions.

Ensure the follow-up of current expatriates.

Is a subject matter expert about international mobility policies and practices

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Master’s degree in HR or business school.

Previous mandatory experience of minimum 5 years in HR reporting and HR data analysis. Previous experience in C&B and international mobility is a plus.
