TotalEnergies Renewables USA is expanding rapidly—and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager Onshore Wind who is ready to take ownership of large‑scale renewable energy projects from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be the on‑site leader ensuring that our wind and renewable assets are safely constructed, meticulously maintained, and consistently performing at their best.

💼 What You’ll Lead

Site & Construction Leadership

  • Oversee safe, compliant, and cost‑effective project execution—from commissioning to ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise employees, contractors, and maintenance partners.
  • Lead daily and weekly contractor/owner meetings and ensure all deliverables are met. 

Performance, Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct QA/QC inspections, performance evaluations, EoW audits, and predictive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate historical project data, site documentation, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with NERC, ISO, OSHA, environmental, and land‑use requirements. 

Technical & Operational Support

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with Technical Support on root‑cause analysis.
  • Work with Operations Support and the Control Room on performance improvements and action plans.
  • Review contractor schedules, payment applications, and change requests. 

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the company liaison with landowners, community members, and project stakeholders.
  • Support administration of solar project leases and easements.
  • Represent TotalEnergies’ safety, compliance, and community values at all times.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

? What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, or the energy industry.
  • Must have Onshore Wind Construction Management experience.
  • At least 6 years of related experience, including 3+ years in supervisory roles.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel with limited notice and work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays when needed).  This position is located at the project site near Fort Stockton, Texas. 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to relocate or live within one hour of the assigned power plant.
