What we offer

We offer an apprenticeship at the heart of IT operations, combining hands‑on assignments, support from experienced experts and structured skills development, within an international and multi‑site IT department.

Within the Information Systems Department, and more specifically the IT Infrastructure Service Delivery team, the apprentice will contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services in an international, multi‑site and user‑oriented environment.

The team relies on ITIL best practices to structure IT service management (incident, request and change management, as well as continuous improvement) and is involved in Systems, Networks, Modern Workplace and IT Services.

This apprenticeship is part of a progressive skills development approach, combining support activities, operations and participation in structured IT projects.

Aktivitäten

Main Responsibilities


IT Support and Services (ITIL framework)

  • Qualification, prioritization and resolution of user incidents and service requests, in compliance with ITIL processes (mainly level 2 and 3 support)
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents related to workstations, user access, collaborative tools and network services
  • Contribution to the management of recurring incidents and service quality improvement
  • Participation in continuous improvement actions for support processes


Infrastructure, Networks and Modern Workplace

  • Discovery of and contribution to technical environments, including:
    • Systems (Windows / Linux servers, virtualization, backups)
    • Networks (LAN / WAN fundamentals, Wi‑Fi, security principles)
    • Modern Workplace (end‑user devices, Microsoft 365, collaborative tools)
  • Participation in operations activities and change management related to selected IT projects
  • Progressive skills development through close collaboration with expert teams


Documentation and Knowledge Management

  • Updating the IT knowledge base
  • Writing and maintaining operational procedures
  • Documenting best practices derived from support and operational activities


Collaborative Work

  • Collaboration with local and international IT teams
  • Contribution to the analysis of recurring incidents
  • Proposals for improvement of IT tools, processes and practices

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Academic Background

Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s +4 to Bachelor’s +5 degree. A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a related field would be an asset.


Skills

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) due to regular interactions with international teams
  • Basic knowledge of IT (servers, workstations, systems, networks)
  • Strong interest in Infrastructure environments, IT Services and Modern Workplace
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell scripting and Windows Server environments
  • Ability to progressively acquire a wide range of technical skills
