Context & Environment

* The eMobility Team is supporting TotalEnergies’ energy transition and its commitment to better energy. This young department is growing rapidly to respond to the huge transition that is ahead of us.

* TotalEnergies wants to be an important actor in the field of EV charging.

* EV-charging is a rapidly evolving field in which both hardware and software solutions are driven by innovation, which will require constant learning and improvement.

Atividades

In the delivery phase:

* Ensure correct and on-time delivery at complete customer satisfaction (with KPI) during the intake, quotation, planning and installation phase.

* Coordination with the B2B fleet manager and their employee and the installation partner during the quotation and execution phase of a project (information gathering, quotation, planning, solution coordination, configuration details, etc.)

* Follow-up of project costs during the execution phase.

* Ensure correct and on-time processing of the installation partners’ invoice request when a project is completed.


Other aspects :

* Development and delivery of product / solution training plans for installation partners and integrators.

* Be proactive to identify and implement process improvements in all aspects of the position.

* You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support team, and with the Solutions team to provide feedback for continuous improvement of TotalEnergies Belgium’s product offer.

Perfil do Candidato

* Languages: English, French and Dutch.

* Master or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

* 2-4 years of experience in support or customer service.

* Knowledge of working with CRM/supervision/ticketing systems.

* Analytical and active process improvement mindset.

* Good organizational skills, able to manage different projects simultaneously.

* Willingness to operate in a fast-changing environment.

* Team player who is eager to bring the team to the next level.

* Working safely is within your attitude.
