Coming from a Legal (Business law, Criminal law), Risk, Audit and Internal control background, have you recently graduated with a Master’s degree (Master 2/Bac +5) and are looking for your first experience in the field of anti-corruption/ anti-fraud/ economic sanctions? 
We are looking for an Assistant to implement the Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, and ESEC program for a duration of 12 months, starting in September 2024. For a full-time professionalization contract qualifying for 12 months including 15% internal training (trade, language, tools, etc.). These trainings are delivered internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies.

During your studies, you developed your knowledge of anti-corruption laws, and/ or international and French economic sanctions laws, and/ or human law and/ or internal control. Do you have notions of communication tools? Are you comfortable with Microsoft Office? You will particularly use Excel, Word, Copilot and PowerPoint. 

Are autonomy, diligence, and team spirit among your qualities? Excellent proficiency in English will be essential for your position.

We offer a full-time qualifying professionalization contract of 12 months, including 15% internal training (professional, linguistic, tools…). These trainings are provided internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies. This contract will allow you to gain a year of professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your profession in connection with the Company’s activities.

As an Assistant in the implementation of TotalEnergies’ Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, and ESEC program for Iraq, your will mainly participate in the support and assistance in the implementation of compliance & Sanctions program for the subsidiary. Your missions will be as follows: 

• Daily Team Assistance (TEP Iraq, GGIP). In particular, support for compliance manager and assistance to the project compliance relays, 
• Monitoring of the “e-learning”, assistance, and monitoring of the various compliance tools, 
• The monitoring of global system for identification, mapping, prevention, control and risk escalation related to anti-corruption, anti-fraud, economic sanctions programs,
• Due diligence files review and follow-up,
• The set-up and update of compliance communication tools (SharePoint, Teams channels, training, flyers, etc.)
• Assistance in identifying the key areas of fraud risk and work with front-line teams to develop mitigation action plans,
