The Purchasing activity plays a crucial role in the Company's daily operations. In a challenging economic context maintaining service costs despite price increases observed in the local and global market, the buyer will be responsible for purchasing services to maintain and inspect the assets. Their mission will be as follows:

• Implementing contractual strategies 

• Preparing tender documents 

• Launching and managing tenders 

• Participating in bid analysis and negotiations 

• Making award recommendations 

• Drafting contractual documents

Expected qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac + 5), business school or engineering school with a specialization in business law

Soft skills:

• Efficiency, organizational skills, methodical approach, priority management, meeting deadlines, and conflict management
• Listening, rigor, and integrity 
• Good verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, analytical mindset

Computing skills:

• Comfortable with IT tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, databases
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus

Languages:

• English: level B2
• French: level C1
