TE H2 S.A. is a company owned by TotalEnergies and EREN, which creates and develops large-scale green hydrogen projects located in reputable sites with exceptional renewable resources, notably in North Africa, Latin America and Australia. 

TE H2 S.A.S relies on the skills of its dedicated teams, as well as TotalEnergies' engineering teams, at every stage of project development, deploying their engineering and marketing expertise. Thanks to their inherently low production costs, TE H2's multi-gigawatt green hydrogen projects aim to supply Europe and Asia with reliable, low-carbon energy sources and decarbonized feedstocks in the form of hydrogen or its derivatives (such as ammonia).



Atividades

Reporting to the CTO and working as part of the TE H2 Technical team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement activity of H2 & e-fuels projects.

TE H2's technical team is made up of a team of project managers and a multidisciplinary team (renewable, hybridization, elec, process) covering the main disciplines needed to define green hydrogen projects. These projects cover the entire chain, from renewable energy generation to the production of green hydrogen, as well as the conversion of hydrogen into transport fuels or e-fuels. The portfolio includes the following projects: Magallanes (green NH3) in Chile, Chbika (green NH3) in Morocco, Notos (H2) in Tunisia, Vanadis (eMeOH) in Finland and a set of other opportunities.

Your mission will be as follow :

  • Definition and implementation of the project development/execution strategies Pre-FID and post FID aiming at optimizing the CAPEX/OPEX of the projects, ensure bankability.
  • Definition and implementation of Procurement strategies and processes for the key equipments of TE H2 projects (eg wind turbines, electrolysers, electrical equipment and e-fuels licensors), including:
    1. Selection of the most suitable suppliers to meet business requirements to develop green fuels
    2. Execution and piloting of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
    3. Coordination of bid processes (e.g., managing Q&A sessions, response deadlines, proposal deliverables, etc.)
    4. Leading negotiations for Suppliers contractual terms (in liaison with Technical, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Tax teams).

 

  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement, working closely with engineering and specific project teams to provide advice and commercial leadership when necessary.
  • Actively engage in new technology identification and, where possible, promote research, development, and innovation in the wind power/e-fuel area.
  • Act as contact point for Suppliers and Contractors and work to understand their future strategy, capabilities, technology developments and forecasts that could drive value and competitiveness to TEH2’s projects portfolio. 
  • Develop a solid understanding of global and local supply markets and identify innovative suppliers that can bring innovation and value to TEH2’s projects portfolio.
  • Analysis of Supply chain for new markets/equipments.
  • Consolidate cost data base/benchmark and provide CAPEX / OPEX estimation for TE H2 projects.

Perfil do Candidato

  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • 8-10 years experience in large & complex projects management, and procurement 
  • Experience in Green Hydrogen projects and/or Renewable projects 
  • Autonomous, rigourous, solution-oriented, good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Fluent in English and notion in French
