TEMC is a small, multi-product marketing subsidiary, based in a developing country where the wider society has little understanding HSEQ as defined and practiced by the TotalEnergies group in richer countries. This will require the job holder to be particularly sensitive to local cultural norms while ensuring that the company is able to meet the safety standards required by the Group

Strong Group Standards but lack of clearance of local regulations
Low level of Contractor capabilities, Limited awareness for HSEQ from contractors, limited awareness on technical contractor, and huge impact on the costs for TEMC

Follows-up RAMSES HSEQ cases if timely created, updated, acted and closed out. Validates RAMSES data with written supporting documents. Establishes periodic review with concerned departments and summarizes the updates for presentation during each corporate HSEQ meeting. Identifies high potential or high severity incidents and triggers analysis and actions. Highlights pending actions particularly the high priority ones until proper closure or completion is achieved.
Record accident/incident and do investigation on each cases.
Organizing/planning of HSE meetings, Management safety tours, Contractor owners, spot-check (including ManCom), Joint Safety Tours, and duty officer roaster.

Internal coordination with concerned department/site on schedule HSEQ Audits by a party internal to TEMC or the group or by an external party & planning/schedule/coordination of HSEQ training in coordination with the concerned departments.
Follow-up of all type of HSEQ actions & reports from different departments (performance/activities/incidents/audits).
Organize ICC (Inspection Conformity of Contractor) Audit.
Assessing new contractors (HSEQ Pre-qualification process).
Drafting of internal communication on HSEQ news, new guidelines, REX (Return of Experience and milestones).
Planned observation of emergency response exercises in the depots, HSE meeting on sites and HSEQ audits.
One-Maestro audit action plan follow up.
Inventory, control, and issue of PPEs.
Prepare monthly report.
Recording security protocol for visitor.
Checking status in IZI Safety application and follow up user account for dealer Staff.
Conduct safety tour, joint safety tour and night spot check.
Coordinate HSEQ Event (World Day for Safety, Sustainab’ALL day, etc.).
Assist HSEQ manager for all the administrative works, follow Opex, maintaining all the HSEQ files, and other tasks which assigned by HSEQ manager.

Engineering Degree with a least 1 year experience administrative or project support functions, HSEQ related training.
Good Project management skills, knowledge on contractor safety management, good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Good written and oral English communication skills in MS office, Auto CAD, MS project. Valid driving license.
