Context & Environment

TEVGO is TotalEnergies' subsidiary dedicated to the operation of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities (IRVE) in France. We currently operate more than 20,000 recharging points on roads, at service stations, in companies or at employees' homes (on behalf of local authorities, public or private customers). In particular, TEVGO operates the fast chargers deployed in TotalEnergies' HPC (High Power Chargers) service stations throughout France, as well as the charging points won in tenders such as the Belib' charging service in Paris. 

TEVGO's missions: 

  • Commercial operations and customer relations, to offer the best possible recharging experience by marketing recharging services and managing customer and user requests, and monitoring infrastructure performance and customer satisfaction 
  • Technical operations to ensure that the IRVEs are running smoothly and are available via proactive supervision and maintenance work under public (BtoG) or private (BtoB) contracts


Reporting to the Credit Manager, the trainee will be tasked with reducing overdue receivables to a minimum and helping to reduce overdraft, DSO and pre-litigation.

Activiteiten

In constant contact with our B2B and B2C customers, you will play a major role in the overall relationship with the debtor. You will be responsible for managing a customer portfolio.

Your tasks will include :

  • Participate in the collection of overdue receivables and deal with payment incidents with customers as quickly as possible, using all the means at your disposal
  • Follow up by telephone and email 
  • Deal with and monitor disputes
  • Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms
  • Use the functions of the tools at your disposal (Microsoft Business Central, supervision tool and ticketing tool, etc.) to optimise your reminder actions. ) to optimise your reminder actions and the visibility of your customer portfolio
  • Keep files and archive formal notices
  • Edit and send duplicate invoices, if this is necessary to regularise overdue payments
  • Ensure the quality of the customer file by complying with internal procedures
  • Participate in the creation of customer accounts 
  • Contribute to analysing each situation in order to identify the most appropriate personalised solution for the debtor in line with the company's collection policy
  • Reconcile invoices and accounting entries (customer account lettering) in conjunction with the accounts department

Profiel kandidaat

  • You are preparing a Bac+3 or Bac+4 diploma in collections or a BTS in accounting/commercial management,
  • You are familiar with commercial management software and the Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerBI) and you know Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics),
  • You have a good interpersonal skills (with internal and external customers) including telephone skills, 
  • You are known for your ability to summarise and write,
  • You have the capacity to manage emergencies and solve problems,
  • You are familiar with adaptability and stress resistance,
  • You are recognised for your rigour, organisational skills, method and responsiveness in solving sometimes complex situations,
  • You have the sense of confidentiality and are a team player,
