In this pivotal role, you will ensure the resilience and security of our enterprise IT installations, lead the delivery and evolution of datacenter services, and play a key part in safeguarding the continuity of our operations.

• Cybersecurity Leadership:
  • Implement local cybersecurity processes in alignment with headquarter standards.
  • Act as the bridge between local teams and the headquarter cybersecurity division.
  • Monitor, report, and manage cybersecurity activities for enterprise systems.
  • Support cybersecurity activities for industrial systems
  • Co-Lead cyber audits, crisis exercises, and incident response.
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
  • Roll out and maintain cybersecurity policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Support and guide local IT teams on cybersecurity matters.
• Datacenter Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee the delivery and operation of datacenter services for multiple entities.
  • Build and execute long-term plans for datacenter infrastructure evolution (storage, backup, server hardware).
  • Manage backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
  • Validate and execute server updates, patch management, and antivirus operations.
  • Coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, and capacity extensions.
  • Ensure IT continuity and reliable operations across the platform.

• University degree in IT or a professional bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Specialization in cybersecurity is a strong plus.
• 7–10 years of enterprise and industrial cybersecurity experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise and industrial systems (VMWare, Windows Server OS, SAN environments).
• Minimum 3 years managing large MS Windows server farms (preferably DELL or HP hardware).
• Expert knowledge of MS Windows Server.
• Strong communication and team management skills in a transversal context.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, discipline, and integrity.
• Resilience, stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
