Are you passionate about supporting our Field Operations department with the procurement of services and manpower, as well as expediting? Do you excel at contributing to the development of project processes and striving for continuous improvement? If so, this position at TotalEnergies in our Esbjerg office could be perfect for you!

Activités

As Technical Support, you will take on the Decentralized Buyer function, assisting in the procurement of services and materials. You will coordinate with other project assistants and work closely with the contributing teams to maintain priorities, consistency across assets, and a smooth workflow in procurement and finance reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the campaign and Planning & Performance teams to manage project interfaces and support the procurement and finance departments.

 

Your responsibilities include being a super user of SAP and other project support tools, assisting with procurement and administrative project processes, and supporting project managers with cost control, reporting, and planning. The position emphasizes safety, company values, and continuous improvement.

It is important that you possess the ability to work independently and efficiently to solve problems. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable assisting project managers with cost control, reporting, and monitoring budgets, costs, timescales, and resources. You will also coordinate with other project assistants and work closely with the contributing teams to ensure the right priorities, consistency across offshore installations, and a smooth workflow in procurement and finance reporting. 


 Preferred Qualifications

  • Wide overall IT Skills 
  • Experience as a Super User with SAP
  • Clear understanding of safety priorities
  • Robust knowledge of Procurement, project planning and performance processes
  • Be service minded and open to new tasks – big and small
  • You excel in cross-functional collaborations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
