As Finance Assitant your main missions will be :

• Prepare Power BI reports to assist with margin analysis at period end 
• Support various finance team members as part of year end audit as well as quarterly CAP reporting process 
• Prepare monthly Fixed Costs analysis and breakdown by cost centre and associated analysis using Power BI
• Support Accounting Manager on an adhoc basis in particular; during month end period 
• Assist on Automated / Power BI report on Lubes Segmentation 
• Provide adhoc analysis of data as required by internal and external stakeholders
• Any ad-hoc duties or projects identified as necessary to the finance department or business that fall within the scope of the Job Dimensions The Company operates on a B2B distribution of refined petroleum products and is the face to

Expected qualifications:

• Master degree in Accounting and Finance, Mathematics. 

 Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PowerBI
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2
