 As Flexible Compensation Plan Coordinator, your main activities will be as follows :


The flexible compensation plan offers executives of TotalEnergies companies in Belgium greater freedom of choice in the composition of their salary package, in terms of both basic and variable pay. 


Working within the HR/Pension & Benefits department, the mission consists in optimizing this plan and analyzing its possible evolution according to changes in social and fiscal legislation.  


 Improve efficiency and ensure the various operational processes:

  • Relations with the external service provider and benefits suppliers. 
  • Updating of executive data 
  • Dispatch to HR departments of TotalEnergies companies in Belgium of data relating to benefits selected in the plan for processing in payroll 
  • Monitoring career events 
  • Communication and promotion of the plan 
  • Reporting and monitoring performance indicators 
  • Answering managers' questions 

Perfil del candidato

Expected qualifications:

  • Master in human ressources or a Business school degree


 Technical skills:

  • Good understanding of payroll and HR business processes.


 Computing skills:

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel).
  • Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is a plus.

 

Languages:

  • English: level B2
  • French: level B2
  • Dutch : would be a plus
