The global context for polymers is changing rapidly and involves many uncertainties: social and environmental pressures, recycling, substitution and growing competition from regions where raw materials are cheaper, are all challenges to be met. The job offers a short-term view of operations, a multidisciplinary approach and a global vision of the business:
Interface between the sales team and the support functions (Business analyst, Logistic, Finance, Change management, Sales administration). You will have to help to improve sales processes and performance by setting up and managing reporting, databases and procedures, mainly using PowerBI ;
Product monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance analysis and performance monitoring by Business Unit using dashboards ;
Participation to transverse project within the Portfolio team.
Perfil del candidato
Expected qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or Management, ideally with a dual competence in IT
Technical skills:
Knowledge and experience in sales support, particularly in process optimization
Knowledge of refining/chemical processes is a plus
Computing skills:
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint
Knowledge of PowerBI
Languages:
English: level B2/C1
French: level B2/C1
