Context & Environment

TEEP Ratawi Hub is an affiliate steering and implementing $10 billion investment in 4-in-1 multi-energy and multi-branch Growth Gas Integrated Project (GGIP) in Basra region of Iraq. GGIP consists of: Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) – to treat 5Mbwpd of seawater for water injection to oil fields, Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP) and Gas Mid-stream Project (GMP) – to produce 210kbopd at plateau and to supply gas to 1.5GW of power generation capacity, growing to 3GW in 2nd phase, Solar Power Plant (APP) – to supply 1GW solar electricity. The sub projects are run in parallel and are at various stages of advancement


The Talent Developer role is situated in Basra. 

The development, fulfillment, and engagement of each employee are central to the company's performance and concerns.

Actividades

     Supports the development of employees within their scope in partnership with their management:

  • On behavioral, managerial, and leadership plans to define development areas and pilot appropriate actions using available resources such as evaluations, training, coaching, etc.
  • In conducting professional assessments according to the scheduled frequency or upon specific request.
  • In defining their professional development objectives within their scope and/or the Company.

 

          Manages the mobility of their population independently and prepares the shortlists of candidates up to NP14. 

  • Ensures the adequate staffing of all positions within their scope, respecting the Company's policies (Diversity, etc.) and balancing resources/positions according to the organization's needs.
  • Guarantees a transparent and fair internal mobility process and is an active decision-maker.
  • Ensures the implementation of mobility within their scope, within the branch, and within the Company, from the publication of positions to the selection of candidates.
  • Managed mobility: preparation, facilitation, and contribution to managed mobility meetings of the Exploration Codir.

       Through their knowledge of their population and business challenges, supports and develops the manager in their role as a coach:

  • Leads people reviews (monthly) with an advisory role informed by their knowledge of their population and key competencies of the professions within their scope. They create talent pools by profession and assist the manager in creating individual training plans.
  • Evaluates the potential of employees within their scope to feed High Potential (HP) Program, integrating the Company's diversity orientations.
  • Supports the manager on topics of organization, collective efficiency, relational issues, and psychosocial risks of the team.
  • Ensures, considering evolving professions, the adequacy of profiles with organizational needs and defines resource needs with management in the medium/long term. Participates in identifying external recruitment needs.
  • Acts as the HR contact for managers and N-1 Codir within their scope. 

       Manages the monitoring and the reporting of his/her population in line with all TDs activities : HR Campaigns, Individual Career Review (ICR)

    • Develop each employee in all professional dimensions,
    • Manage the mobility process, 

                   Support managers in their role as coach-managers.

Perfil del candidato

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master's degree in HR or equivalent, proficiency in English (Bright level 3.5).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in HR or managerial roles. Knowledge of Oil & Gas industries is a plus
  • Skills: Strong autonomy, strategic vision, listening skills, strong proposal and influence skills, leadership, excellent communication skills, decision-making ability, resilience, and adaptability.

 

             Personal Competencies:

            Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

      Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

      Confidentiality: Strict respect for the confidentiality of information.

              Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
