Join our affiliate TotalEnergies AS 24 Tankservice GmbH GERMANY in Berlin !

As a Marketing & Commercial Performance Officer and under the supervision of the Managing Director (MD) for Germany, Sweden and Denmark, you will have the responsibility of in-depth analysis of the complete business, the market as well as animation and coordination of Marketing and Communication activities of the affiliate. 

Your mains missions will include : 

1/ Business analysis and development 

You will have to provide support to the MD on Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and business reviews :
  • Sales and profit analysis, volumes, margins, gap analysis and planning.
  • Competitive intelligence: benchmark AS 24 performance (pricing, product range…) vs local and European market/competition. 
  • Propose and implement action plans to improve market share and customer experience.
  • Coordinate tests and support the launch of new products and digital projects.

2/ Sales performance 
  • Support the MD in the organization of sales meetings (activity reviews ...) and in the preparation of external meetings with Key Accounts and Partners.
  • Assist the international and local sales teams with monthly campaigns, coordination of requests (upselling to existing customers, lost customers, prospecting activities) and the deployment of our new products and services (including toll offer). 
  • Analyse sales performance, design and improve commercial steering tools, consolidate best practices.

3/ Marketing & Communication


In coordination with Communication team and Marketing team based in our Nantes headquaters (France):

  • Set up and run marketing campaigns (e.g. launch of new toll offer, opening of new stations, new digital service (e.g. IoT, web services, etc.)). 
  • Ensure follow-up and monitoring of the campaigns.
  • Create and implement communication materials for Sales people (e.g. sales pitch, product & services packages, etc.).
  • Promote AS24 in Germany & Scandinavia in specialised press and digital channels: Websites, LinkedIn, e-mailings, specialized press with the support of the head office communications team.
  • Organisation and coordination of trade fairs (IAA-Transport, TransportLogistic). 
  • Organisation of internal events (Team-meetings, Christmas party, team building, etc).

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  • University or a Business/Engineering School Degree in Economics, Marketing


Technical skills:

  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented 
  • Strong quantitative skills, able to manage your own budget and result-focused 
  • Enthusiastic to work on the entire business approach: Evaluation of data, result analysis, coordination and communication
  • Ability to design solutions and action plans in a multi-cultural environment


Computing skills:

  • Affinity to IT and digital tools 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package particularly Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI


Languages:

  • German: level C1 (mandatory as it will be the main working language)
  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
