As a DART Methods Coordinator, your role is to assist the Head of the Associations & Regulatory Relations Division (DART). This division is part of the Business Development, Strategy, and Performance Directorate (DBSP) of TotalEnergies EP Congo (TEPC). It coordinates relations with the supervisory authority from the Republic of Congo (RC), with its Joint-Venture partners, and with clients of the Djéno Terminal. The VIE mission's goal is to enhance the operational efficiency of the division by optimizing work methods, ensuring smooth coordination with various TEPC entities, and strictly adhering to contractual and regulatory commitments towards the RC, partners, clients, and relevant institutions. 

 

The VIE mission includes the following tasks: 

- Monitoring tools: create a dashboard to monitor the obligations towards the RC and partners as described in the association contracts and production sharing agreements

- Interface Management: development of monitoring tools for interactions between DART and other TEPC divisions, to ensure timely access to critical information for compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations

- Back-office: ad-hoc support for Joint Venture Managers' teams in their negotiations with partners

- Standardization : creation of standardized templates for the consolidation of Calls for Tender, Approval Requests, and Expenditure Authorizations

- Documentation Management: improvement of the dedicated SharePoint for the DBSP directorate and continuation of the restructuring of contractual documents in collaboration with the subsidiary's GOVERNANCE entity.



Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

The affiliate will provide a FLATSHARE accommodation.
