Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Norway in Oslo !

As a Project and Finance Controller, your main tasks will be :
  1. Cost control (planned, spent and earned value analysis)
  2. Consolidation of budgets, accrued costs and work in progress (earnings) from SPV to HoldCo and Owners levels
  3. Follow up and coordination with accounting and cost control functions in the various entities (SPVs and HoldCos)
  4. Monthly invoicing calculation between SNP, HoldCos and SPVs
  5. Financial report preparation for use by Management and Joint Venture Steering Committee
  6. TTE financial reporting (monthly and quarterly, including Bujagali Energy Ltd, Uganda)
  7. Project planning and budgeting including resource allocation in MS Project or Primavera D6
  8. Document Control


Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:
  • Master degree in Finance, preferably with a specialization in Financial Analysis as well as Project Control


Technical skills:

  • University level of Finance, Accounting and Auditing
  • Experience with or motivation to learn hands-on Project Control related methodologies and tools
  • Work Approach: proactive, eager to learn, highly motivated to develop expertise in hydropower project management
  • Ability to Adapt: willingness to take on diverse tasks, from administrative duties to complex technical and managerial responsibilities
  • Prepared to travel frequently to project locations as part of the role
  
Computing skills:
  • Very good knowledge : Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other office tools
  • Programming skills is a plus

Languages:
  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
