Driving license and personal car are mandatory for this position

• Be responsible for the efficient, safe, and effective day-to-day material supply activities ensuring the right number of trucks, shuttles and the availability of transport means for operations and personnel transport. 
• Implement logistics means (trucks, heavy and lights transports...) to assure logistics material and personnel transport in accordance with Company rules while optimizing costs and deadlines. 
• Ensure the daily KPIs (Perfect day campaign) OSC (Operational Safety Coordinator) focal point for HSE matters Coordinate operations with HSEQ, Drilling, Geoscience, and FOPS entities, provide transport planning. 
• Ensure in coordination with the Land Transport Correspondent the day-by-day inspection and check of heavy and light vehicles prior entry on TEEPIT facilities based on the access site procedure. 
• Ensure that all sites are supplied on time with materials, diesel, LPG, water, food, and all that is necessary for the TEEPIT facilities. Implement and follow Transport Management Procedure.
• Contribute by continuous amelioration to the improvement of the equipment, services, and operating procedures. 
• Ensure that Contractors are following and complying with Company rules, maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate KPI reporting (driving performance, fleet reliability, kilometers…), Promote/plan regular reviews/transport audits to Contractors, and actively participate to them. 
• Participate in road transportation incident investigation and analysis.

Expected qualifications:

• Master degree in logistics.

Technical skills :

• Previous experience in logistic with the Oil&Gas industry preferred HSE knowledge
•  Good skill in monitoring and reporting activities as well as in interfacing with CPY/CTR’s personnel.

Computing skills:

• Knowledge of PackOffice (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Database

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2
• Italian: level A2 mandatory
