Join TotalEnergies EP Angola in Luanda as a VIE – Contract and Procurement Support Analyst


Your mission

As part of the Methods team within the Contracts & Procurement (C&P) department, you will play a key role in optimizing tools and processes related to SAP MM and C&P solutions. 

Your main responsibilities:

Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and consolidate data from SAP and other tools to produce performance indicators.
  • Update and share reports using PowerBi.
  • Support sustainability audits of suppliers in collaboration with HQ (TGP) and the affiliate’s sustainability team.


Tools & Processes
  • Test and adapt SAP MM and C&P tools (AGORA, E-SOURCING, SEQUANA…).
  • Provide SAP support to ACT users.
  • Contribute to defining tool evolutions to meet local needs.

Coordination & Quality
  • Act as the main contact for the UNISUP (Finance) team regarding SAP and WEBI requests.
  • Monitor SAP data quality and organize data cleansing operations.
  • Ensure consistency between SAP module changes and C&P requirements.

Candidate Profile


Education and Experience Required

  • Master’s degree or engineering degree in IT, Business, Finance or equivalent with a strong interest in data
  • Methods engineer within C&P Methods Department


Technical Skills

  • Strong interest in digital tools and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP/MM.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus


Soft Skills

  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Languages
  • English: C1 level
  • French: B2 level
  • Portuguese: a plus
