TotalEnergies Renewables Services Italia is one of the leading independent power producers of electricity from renewable sources that develops, finances, and manages long-term photovoltaic and wind power plants. They have a proven experience in the renewable energy sector with 11 solar PV plants (43.8 MW) and 3 onshore wind farms (40.8 MW of installed capacity).

 


Activities

The selected candidate will join the team responsible for Asset and O&M Management, reporting directly to the Asset and O&M Manager. They will support the management of renewable energy generation plants (photovoltaic and wind) and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of plant management — from performance monitoring to handling technical and administrative requirements — by carrying out the following activities:


  • Preparation of reports for the parent company and, if applicable, for the financing bank
  • Market analysis to carry out the best negotiation strategies aimed at identifying suppliers and defining O&M and/or component/service supply contracts, including compliance and adequacy controlcoordination
  • Management of insurance claims and policies
  • Coordination of remote monitoring for key plant performance parameters
  • Verification of plant performance and control of contractual guarantee compliance
  • Support in energy sales activities and active cycle management (e.g., verification/preparation of invoicing for energy, incentives, etc.)
  • Management of relations with GSE, ARERA, Customs Agency, central and local Public Administration, and national and local electricity grid operators

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical, Management, or Civil).
  • A specialization Master’s in Renewable Energy is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of the reference market, as well as sector regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent command of the English language (minimum level B2).
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of major IT tools.
