Context & Environment

New multi energy project with accelerated ramp up to meet manpower needs of 4 projects at their variant development stages with vast diversity of the affiliate teams ( Nationals , contractors , etc.).  

The affiliate activities require the creation of a solid HR structure, with strong HR management to ensure efficient support to the business, and the delivery of HR back office and front office required services, in a challenging and new work environment. Developing the field will involve many projects. 

Activities

Provide support talent acquisition team,

Following accurately the time lines of the different steps, documents and data of the acquisition

Talent acquisition process involvement 

  • Ensure accurate following of timelines in the recruitment process and report to the head of Talent acquisition
  • Manage CV’s data base, received from various sources such as Companies careers website, agencies and any other sources
  • Communicate to recruiters regarding CVs received 
  • Schedule interviews in liaison with recruiters and line managers
  • Point of contact for candidates for interviews planification, and all the documentation related for recruitment
  • Liaise with HR onboarding team for smooth integration of new joiners 

 

Recruitment database documentation management

  • Collect recruitment data (CVs received, candidates interviewed, successful, unsuccessful)
  • Follow up with line managers on candidate evaluation forms
  • Ensure proper filing of recruitment documentation (evaluation forms, applications etc)
  • Follow up on on-boarding paper work
  • Track candidate applications
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly quarterly and annual report

Partnership relation and affiliate stakeholders

  • Maintain the database of letters received concerning recruitment
  • Liaise to recruiter to write the letters to partners
  • Liaise for affiliate stakeholders to send the different partners communications
  • Follow up on recruitment actions arising from letters

 

Other Administrative duties 

  • Follow up on Request for services, purchase requisitions and Purchase orders as required by the department
  • HR Focal point for Purchase requisitions & Purchase orders 
  • Liaise with Contracts & Procurement & other departments regarding Purchase orders for any services required by the department
  • Point of contact for Purchase Order (PO) requests by agencies and any other service providers
  • Follow up on PO amendments when required

 

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Human Resources particularly talent acquisition (sourcing,recruitment & selection)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft office package
  • Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
  • Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure.
