Working with crossed functionality (such as Regional team, depot, warehouse, transport, customer service, finance, business, etc.)
External interaction with suppliers, contractor, broker, and government’s agency.
Responsible for stock reports and cost of product which error could result in huge financial impact.
Accountable for optimization of product cost which is the main business of the company

Comply with the Company’s Standards/Procedure/Strategy/Roadmap and HSEQ standards for Supply and Warehouse.
Import lubricant (including CCP, additive and dye) by ensuring smooth logistic of import process while coordinating with all stakeholders including supplier, clearance/transport agency, warehouse, internal operations team, regional team and business team.
Analyse sale trend, optimize inventory and ensure availability of stock.
Analyse and optimize logistic arrangement
Ensure accuracy of registering lubricant product into SAP (all cost of goods)
Ensure smooth process of claim for damage items of reception
Ensure smooth process of lubricant stock reconciliation and being a focal point to solve related issue
Ensure all procedure, permit, certificate and contract related to lubricant is complied
Coordinate with requester to register goods and service for purchase in SAP within operations department.
Coordinate with all stakeholder to implement action plan and implement business strategy decided by management team.
Support reconciliation of main fuel and reporting
Ensure properly document management and achievement
Participate in all company’s event and training
Promote better working environment and follow company code of conduct
Other tasks assigned by N+1

Bachelor, or equivalent degree in Engineering/logistic/business/procurement. At least 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain and procurement in petroleum industry with fluency in English.
Good at logistic arrangement, understanding on supply chain and procurement process.
Good at communication skill and experience working with multiple stakeholder such as supplier, clearance broker, custom, government authority, logistic team and sale team
Could work flexible during closing month period
