Activities

Key Responsibilities

Overall, you will drive the operational excellence of our HR systems, automated HR workflows and payroll processes in collaboration with the team. Additionally, you will support various projects aimed at automating HR processes, optimizing data quality and AI usage, and simplifying our systems and guidelines. 

You will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

  • Manage our shared mailbox together with the system specialists, being the first point of contact for our colleagues across different departments and supporting employees. 
  • Gain a thorough and detailed understanding of our key HR systems and HR processes, to provide guidance on how to use them. 
  • Support in e.g., data clean up and mass upload tasks liaising with the support team at Headquarter. 
  • Provide guidance, training and create simple user guides to our colleagues.
  • Supporting projects that increase system simplification, and increased data quality.
  • Back-end optimization of HRIS

Candidate Profile

Who are we looking for?

You are currently enrolled at a university, in a Bachelor/Master program with a minimum of 1,5 years left of your studies. We expect you to have a strong team player spirit. This position calls for someone with a structured approach, the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals. You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are also essential to work constructively with colleagues and managers, and to support our employees.

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Have an analytical mindset, which means that you naturally look for data patterns and deviations
  • Are interested in or have knowledge of HR, Payroll processes and data workflow within HR
  • You think working with data and systems is fun.
  • You are an avid learner, with an interest in using IT/ AI to improve processes. 
  • Have deep knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel
