On battery storage projects, the Technical Leader is in charge of:

  • Definition and management of engineering activities: electricity, civil engineering, networks and cybersecurity, system communication ;
  • Definition and validation of interfaces between the different products (batteries, inverters, controllers) ;
  • Technical offers: review of customer specifications.


Activities

  • Plan and coordinate the engineering team's activities and resources allocated to the project
  • Manage safety/quality/cost/time criteria, risks and opportunities
  • Lead internal technical meetings, with customers and subcontractors
  • Ensure document delivery to customers
  • Enforce security constraints at customer sites
  • Ensure the proper management of interfaces on customer sites (civil engineering, cabling, network architecture, electrical protection, fire systems, etc.)
  • Manage battery commissioning and performance testing
  • Implement the product integration strategy (batteries, inverters, controllers, connection to the electrical grid)
  • Ensure design rules are applied to each work package
  • Capitalize and share feedback with the rest of the engineering department

Candidate Profile

  • Master of engineering
  • Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (System, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Software, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years in technical project management
  • Commissioning or site construction experience appreciated
  • English level B2 (according to CEFR) compulsory
